My First Blog Post

Here goes something I hope…

“Early success is a terrible teacher. You’re essentially being rewarded for a lack of preparation, so when you find yourself in a situation where you must prepare, you can’t do it. You don’t know how.”

— Chris Hadfield.

This is not my first attempt at this. Hopefully these words here are the beginning of a redemption arc. This is where I intend to share the triumphs, tribulations, trip-ups, terrific and terrible calls made as I attempt to find ways to create better learners. This ultimately isn’t about me (at least not current me). It’s about hopefully making learning something students want to do instead of just another item on their “have to” checklists.
